Prior to transitioning into the real estate profession, Carmen held a teaching certificate in Special Education with a subject matter focus on Birth to 5-year-old Preschool Curriculums.

With a robust career spanning nearly a decade, Carmen Blanchard-Stitt has established herself as a leading figure in the real estate industry. Beginning her journey in December 2014 as a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, she quickly advanced to an Associate Broker by April 2018, and further expanded her expertise by obtaining a Real Estate Instructor License in August 2020.

Carmen's experience encompasses a broad spectrum of real estate services, including the purchase and sale of vacant land, lakefront properties, residential and commercial real estate, and investment properties. She also has a strong background in Property Management for both Commercial and Residential Investment properties.

As a certified instructor, Carmen has contributed her knowledge and skills to several prestigious organizations, including the Georgia Association of Realtors - Partners in Education, National Association of Home Builders, National Association of Realtors - Center for Real Estate Development, and the Real Estate Business Institute. She holds an impressive array of certifications such as e-Pro, Home Finance Resource, Military Relocation Professional, Pricing Strategy Advisor, REALTORS Commitment to Excellence Endorsement, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and Resort and Second Home Property Specialist.

Carmen's dedication to professional development is further evidenced by her numerous designations from the National Association of Realtors, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Management, Graduate REALTOR Institute, and Seller Representative Specialist.

Recognized for her contributions to real estate education, Carmen was honored with the “Rising Star” award by the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association in 2021. Her leadership abilities were acknowledged when she was appointed to the Board of Directors as a representative in 2022, and subsequently elected as the 2024 President-Elect at the 2023 Annual School Meeting.

In addition to her educational endeavors, Carmen is an active member of the Georgia Association of Realtors Forms and Vice Chair Professional Standards Committee, where she continues to influence and uphold industry standards.

Furthermore, Carmen played a pivotal role in the revision of the Georgia Instructor Training Program, used to certify potential instructor candidates.
